Free Ground Shipping Policy

Terms and Exclusions

Free ground shipping is available on qualifying orders of $1,000 CAD or more before taxes and after any discounts. This offer is valid for shipments within Canada only.

The following exclusions apply:

• Free shipping does not apply to new automatic door packages, including but not limited to DC7000, DC4000, HA8, MICOM, or similar complete door systems and package kits.
• Thresholds over 48 inches in length are excluded.
• Shipments to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavut are excluded.
• Oversized, overweight, or freight-only items may not qualify for free ground shipping at our discretion.
• Remote or rural delivery locations may be subject to additional charges and may not qualify.
• Split shipments, rush orders, or expedited shipping requests are excluded.
• This offer cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to determine shipping method and carrier.
• Additional handling fees may apply to certain products due to size, weight, or special packaging requirements.
