Our 3-day Quick Start Level 1 program and AAADM certification classes are back for 2025. Training available every month. If AAADM certification isn't required or is already up to date, you can still take advantage of our 4.5-day Quick Start Level 1 and Level 2 programs, offering longer in-depth training, wider brand coverage, more hands-on experience, and dedicated time for your questions.
For 2025, we've expanded to 52 total classes, including Top Door Alarm® factory certification, enhanced revolver training, and our popular hands-on commercial door hardware class.

TRAINING FAQ
Our training facility is located at our headquarters in Canada. We also offer virtual training options for remote participants.
Training classes are offered both in-person at our facility and virtually online. Check our course listings for specific format availability.
We provide all necessary materials and tools for hands-on training. Just bring yourself, a notebook for taking notes, and comfortable work attire.
Your payment method will be charged immediately upon successful registration for the training class.
You will receive an email receipt immediately after payment is processed, and a copy will be available in your account dashboard.
Training classes typically run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day, with scheduled breaks for lunch and refreshments.
